Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns of products that have been:

Opened
Used
Damaged by the customer
Purchased by mistake

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged during delivery.
The product is defective upon arrival.
The product was incomplete or missing items.

Any request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To process your request, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Send a replacement product,
Offer a store credit, or
Issue a refund using the original payment method, where applicable.

Refunds are processed only after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind
Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions (as individual skin types vary)
Products that have been opened or used
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are encouraged to inspect the package before opening it. If there is visible damage to the package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
