Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected promotions or qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to answer calls, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.
